This exceedingly rare albino horse was said to be able to reproduce the terrifying roar of a feral tiger.

The Bai-Ma, or as it is more commonly known “White Horse,” was said to reside in the valley on the border between Sichuan and Gansu provinces in China.

Described as an albino equine, with the tail of an ox, this creature’s most notable trait was its alleged ability to authentically mimic the roar of a tiger. There are some investigators who have proposed that this ability may have served to discourage potential predators.
